His artistic skills are highly developed, his love for humanity and his respect for all of life are highly refined by his experience as an artist and his practice of the art of living. I have grown from each of my personal and professional encounters with him. He is a valuable contributor to the several communities that we share. I’m honored to have him as a friend and colleague. The world is a much better place for his presence in it.

About

In addition to being the owner and operator of BFM, Bruce France is the Co-Founder of Mondo Bizarro, a performing arts company. After a great deal of continental travel throughout his youth, due to his father’s naval service, he settled down for a while in Baton Rouge, LA at Louisiana State University where he earned his B.A. and M.A. degrees in Performance Studies. Bruce has a diverse production history working in both theater, film and podcasting as a performer, writer, director, producer, camera operator, editor, audio engineer and interviewer. His work has been seen in dozens of states and at least four countries, but he gains the most satisfaction from producing and creating artistic and socially conscious projects in his home city, New Orleans.

Bruce is also a lifelong martial artist who started an organization with two training partners to teach Judo, Filipino martial arts, Kajukenbo and more called the Choke & Dagger Club.

He married his long time love, Maeci Wang, in November 2008 and they have one son, Rhys Zhou, and one daughter, Quinn Zhen.
